Here's what we get up to: So far, we've made a volcano (symbolising bad thoughts bubbling up inside), tried on uniforms such as police, firemen and soldiers - talking about people who protect us, as God does. We've learned about the healing that Jesus does and how He wants us to care for others. We're looking forward to looking at endangered species in the coming months. We are also making bird pencils which will be on sale at the Church Coffee Morning.
On 21st December 2008, we performed the nativity story with a difference! We made puppets and a theatre and then presented our 'nativity puppet show' to the Church!
eXplorers is our Sunday School and is for Children aged 3-11! It is run like Church, but tailored for young people!
We have 2 age groups: 3 - 5 years 6 - 11 years.
The 3-5's are working their way through "Searchlights: Candles", a Christian resource for pre-school children written by David Adam.
The 6-11's are working their way through "Searchlights: Lamps", a Christian resource for primary school aged children written by David Adam.
We try to make learning about Jesus and how He wants us to be fun and exciting. Here's what sort of things we get up to:
sing songs;
hear stories;
play games and;
do arts and crafts!
We also take part in special projects and activities at special times of the year, for example Easter and Christmas.
We get out and about too, on our annual trips. Pictures from our previous adventures can be found in the gallery!

Simply come along to our Church any Sunday at 11.00am. You can enter the Church via the entrance on Killoch Drive or the main entrance on Dunterlie Avenue. Just say you're there for eXplorers and somebody will show you to the hall.
