| Mark in India from 18th-28th June |

Mark Chatham, our Webmaster and a member of our Church, has been selected as one of the four Congregational Federation delegates to attend the Council for World Mission (CWM) Assembly in Chennai, India this June. This all expenses paid trip will see Mark meet up with delegates from CWM's other member churches in Europe, Africa, East Asia, South Asia, and the Caribbean and Pacific. He will fly out to India on 18 June 2009 and arrive in Mahabalipuram on 19 June ahead of the Assembly with runs from 20th - 27th June. Mark will have the opportunity to visit two of the projects CWM is involved with, which include a shelter for children affected by HIV/AIDS, and an organisation dedicated to the prevention of trafficking of women and children. The purpose of the Assembly is to:
